The Suppress repeating values selection criteria option will hide the display of any duplicate output, that is, only distinct entries will be included in the output.

Note: This option may not appear on your selection screen if the template being run includes a non-sortable field (i.e. Comment).  Internally, the system includes a DISTINCT clause on the SQL statement, which cannot be appended when a column having certain data types is included in the list of fields.
