Reports - People - Expense Details

Overview

This report provides a detailed view of expenses charged by a person or person organization.  

Clicking on the CSV icon at the top of the report criteria page will run the report using the specified criteria but will download the report to a .csv file instead of displaying the report.

 

Note: If your system has multi-entity accounting enabled (see Setup Multi-Entity), then intercompany transactions for loaned resources will be included in this report, if applicable. HR Administrators, Managers, and Viewers (all with Bill Rate Manager role) will see the intercompany amount for loaned resource's bill amount. Administrators and P&R Administrators will see the non-intercompany (end customer) bill amount.

 
Roles

This report is available to users having any of the following roles:  Administrator, HR Administrator, P&R Administrator, Manager and Viewer.

License

This report is available with Project Expense, Project Tracking or Project Portfolio licenses.

Example Report Output

This report includes expenses from expense reports and vendor invoices. The Doc Type column has "ER" for expense reports and "VI" for Vendor Invoices.

The Bill Amount column will only contain values for expense line items having a Billable project type.

 


CSV Output

On this report you will notice the CSV () icon, which can be used to produce the report output in this alternative format.
