This report provides a detailed view of time charged to a project or project organization.
Clicking on the CSV icon at the top of the report criteria page will run the report using the specified criteria but will download the report to a .csv file instead of displaying the report.
Note: If your system has multi-entity accounting enabled (see Setup Multi-Entity), then the borrower will see intercompany labor in this report, if applicable. The intercompany cost rate will be used for those transactions. Also note that users with Intercompany Project Viewer role only will not see any results on this report where they are loaning labor across legal entities.
Note: The rounding method used in this report is determined by the Round Project Time Details Report using General Ledger method (round, then sum) (unanet.reporting.rounding.project_time_details) property. When enabled, the report will use the same rounding method as the General Ledger, where calculated amounts are first rounded prior to being summed in subtotals or totals. When disabled, the report will use the legacy method of rounding, where calculated amounts are first summed in subtotals or totals prior to rounding. Using this method, amounts may not tie to General Ledger postings or detail amounts displayed in the report may not sum to subtotals or totals in the report.

If the administrator later changes and saves the default table settings, the shared saved criteria will retain its table settings. Furthermore, if the administrator changes the table settings while viewing the shared saved criteria results page, a pop-up will display with the following options (resetting the table will offer similar options). Administrator must select one and click the Save button:
